Quality Inspector

As Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for :
- Performing complete inspections including Receiving, PN / SN recording, visual, dimensional and reporting inspection data and reports.
- Working on the assembly (in-process) and final acceptance inspections and reporting inspection data of components as per established criteria on Gas Turbine Components & Rotors, Centrifugal compressor Rotor & Steam Turbine Rotor.
- Performing visual, dimensional and other inspections as per drawing / specification requirements.
- Raising NCR and rejecting material disposition cases of nonconforming product.
- Coordinating with production personnel for control of nonconforming product, identifying, documenting and segregating it in holding area until resolution.
- Preparing inspection reports for non-conformance product including NCR and Hold tag after inspection.
- Actively participating in root cause analysis for identification of root cause and CAPA actions.
- Conducting periodic inspection / calibration of all measuring instruments and testing equipment, ensuring calibrations are current and conform to applicable BH Standards and regulations.
- Ensuring that required preliminary, progressive, and final inspections are properly performed, and that proper inspection records, reports and forms are properly executed prior to releasing the product.
- Performing all work activities in accordance with safety and environmental standards.
To be successful in this role you will :
Have a Diploma in Engineering or High School Certificate and related experience.Have at least 3 years of experience in inspection in gas turbine repair shop / service organization.Capable of interpreting engineering drawings.Understand and use inspection, measuring & test equipment.Desired characteristics :
Experience in gas turbine component repair industry.Self‑starter, able to work with limited supervision.Good communication skills.Knowledge of MS Office.Problem‑solving and proactive approach mindset.This role is a shift based working pattern.
