Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Quality Control Manager , based in Qatar. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining the highest quality standards across all garment production stages at Minwal Clothing Factory. Daily tasks include inspecting raw materials and fabrics, monitoring production lines, conducting quality tests, identifying any defects or inconsistencies, and ensuring compliance with both industry regulations and company standards. The Manager will also oversee the implementation of quality control systems, develop process improvement strategies, and train production staff on quality protocols to ensure consistent excellence across all product lines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Auditing within the textile or garment manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of fabric standards, stitching quality, and finishing protocols
• Familiarity with ISO, GCC, and industry‑specific quality regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and reporting skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to lead, train, and mentor quality control teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Experience in uniform, fashion, or industrial garment production is highly preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis, quality documentation, and audit reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
