Role Purpose :
As Ecommerce Country Manager for Qatar, Kuwait & Bahrain, you will take full ownership of our online business performance in these countries. You will develop and execute localized strategies that drive online sales, improve customer experience, and optimize operations in line with BFL Group’s off-price value proposition. This is a high-impact, multi-market leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, ecommerce expertise, and regional market understanding.
Key responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive online sales growth in the region.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, Customer Service, operations and logistics to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Own the ecommerce P&L for the Qatar, Kuwait & Bahrain markets.
- Build and execute local ecommerce strategies aligned with regional priorities and customer behavior.
- Identify growth opportunities across categories, channels, and customer segments.
- Report KPIs and actionable insights to senior leadership on a monthly / quarterly basis.
- Analyze customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and ROAS to optimize spend and improve ROI.
- Implement geo-targeted strategies for promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Oversee localized merchandising, pricing, and product positioning for each market.
- Improve product content quality, SEO performance, and site navigation to enhance discoverability and conversion.
- Ensure smooth ecommerce operations including order fulfillment, last-mile delivery, and returns.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for timely deliveries across all 3 countries.
- Track SLAs, delivery success rates, and operational costs; resolve logistics bottlenecks.
- Monitor site performance (speed, UX, payment flow) across mobile and desktop.
- Align with internal departments (Retail, IT, Legal, Finance) to ensure full compliance and performance.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.8 – 10 years of experience in ecommerce or digital business management, with at least 3 years managing multi-country operations.Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or value / off-price retail is highly preferred.Proven success managing ecommerce KPIs and scaling digital businesses in the Lower Gulf.Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento).A keen interest in the fashion and retail industry and awareness of seasonal and market trends.#J-18808-Ljbffr
