Overview Mechanical Supervisor (MIC) M / F – Temporary work contract, full time, 47 Months. Location : Mesaieed Industrial City.

Position description We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Global Services Energy, Qatar for a Mechanical Supervisor (MIC).

Responsibilities

Shall be responsible for the day-to-day operations undertaken by the maintenance team under his / her control. A thorough knowledge of all aspects of mechanical / automobile maintenance works is required.

Hands-on experience in Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and Overhauling of heavy equipment, fire trucks, pumps and HVAC systems.

Monitor computerized maintenance system, handling of Notification, Work Order, and Service Entry Sheet in SAP.

Troubleshoot maintenance faults, problem solve, and provide on-the-job training to less experienced technicians and foremen.

Work with the Work Permit system in the Oil & Gas Industry.

Plan, schedule and supervise maintenance activities; ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations (Qatar Energy standards).

Lead the maintenance team to ensure safe work culture and practices; focus on safety protocols and quality delivery.

Qualifications and requirements

Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile or Equivalent.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Mechanical / O&M in Oil & Gas environments.

Valid Qatar Driving License.

Experience in O&M of Fire Fighting Systems.

English : Full professional proficiency.

Sound understanding of QatarEnergy safety rules and regulations.
