Job Purpose

Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, passengers, and crew within airport andnon-airport and ensure adherence to safety protocols, schedules, and deliver professional customer servicethroughout all transport duties environment.

Principal Accountabilities

• Safely operate company vehicles (buses, vans, cars, or specialized vehicles) in compliance with company policies, trafficregulations, and safety standards.
• Transport staff, clients, passengers, crew, visitors, as per assigned routes and operational schedules.
• Ensure adherence to schedules to avoid delays, particularly critical for time-sensitive operations such as flight support.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-use vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights, and cleanliness) and ensure vehicles are in goodworking condition.
• Report any vehicle issues, incidents, or accidents immediately to the supervisor or fleet coordinator.
• Follow designated routes and instructions to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Assist with luggage, boarding, or special transport needs when required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous conduct at all times, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
• Accurately complete and maintain vehicle logbooks, trip sheets, and other required records
