Leverage business process expertise to drive Agents sitting on Copilot Chat / M365 Copilot with existing D365 customers.

Solution Plays : Power Platform CSAs align to the “Innovate with Low Code AI & Agents” Solution Play :

• The Copilot and Agents at Work solution play positions Microsoft as a leader in AI business solutions, with potential to generate revenue through M365 Copilot licenses and Studio consumption.
• Address market trends indicating a growing demand for AI-driven solutions that automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Provide comprehensive AI solutions supporting digital transformation journeys.

Develop a deep understanding of the technology, explain its impact on customer outcomes, lead solution envisioning sessions, and hackathons to secure technical decision-making.

Business Value + Adoption & Change Management

Evolve with an AI-first approach, deepen business value acumen, manage scope and risk, and improve ROI discussions. Enhance change management skills to support AI transformation.

Usage Excellence

Manage MSX milestones, orchestrate account teams, document account status, proactively address blockers, and routinely update MSX.
