The Copilot and Agents at Work solution play positions Microsoft as a leader in AI business solutions, with potential to generate revenue through M365 Copilot licenses and Studio consumption.

Address market trends indicating a growing demand for AI-driven solutions that automate tasks and improve efficiency.

Provide comprehensive AI solutions supporting digital transformation journeys.

Core Contributions

Establish M365 Copilot + Copilot Studio as the leading commercial AI solution.

Generate customer excitement and thought leadership through product showcases, demos, and scenarios.

Ensure all segments and worker roles are covered by driving Copilot Chat adoption.

Accelerate Low Code and transform D365 core business by establishing customer confidence in Copilot Studio as the platform for Agents.

Cross-pollinate AI capabilities connected to Agent momentum to accelerate Low Code adoption.

Transform legacy ERP & CRM through D365 AI innovation, supported by demos and premium offers.

Additional Details Technical Excellence (Level 400) Develop a deep understanding of the technology, explain its impact on customer outcomes, lead solution envisioning sessions, and hackathons to secure technical decision-making.

Business Value + Adoption & Change Management Evolve with an AI-first approach, deepen business value acumen, manage scope and risk, and improve ROI discussions. Enhance change management skills to support AI transformation.

Usage Excellence Manage MSX milestones, orchestrate account teams, document account status, proactively address blockers, and routinely update MSX.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields AND 10+ years experience in cloud / infrastructure technologies, IT consulting / support, systems administration, network operations, software development / support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or equivalent experience.

Technical product proficiency and readiness.

Deep business value and change management skills.

Strong operational discipline & Usage Excellence delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of modernization with intelligent, purpose-built apps.

Ability to build agent-infused apps as enterprise interfaces.
