Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day housing operations including room allocations, inspections, check-outs, and maintenance follow-ups using housing management systems (e.g., Nuvola).
• Maintain accurate housing records, occupancy reports, and inventories utilizing advanced Excel functions.
• Act as the primary contact for housing-related inquiries, concerns, and dispute resolution, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
• Organize and promote employee welfare activities, including sports events and community engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate new joiner onboarding activities related to accommodation, including airport pickups, welcome kits, and orientation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, fire safety, and pest control protocols.
• Manage employee transportation schedules, vehicle maintenance records, and related reporting.
• Prepare monthly reports on housing allocations, maintenance, incidents, and inventory for management review.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold Accor’s values and professional standards in all interactions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate.
• Creative, open-minded, and people-oriented team player.
