Job Summary
Oversee all contract and procurement processes to secure high-quality goods and services at competitive prices. Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage contracts with customers, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and operational efficiency goals. Manage supplier selection, evaluation, and relationships to ensure optimal performance and resolve disputes. Monitor and track contract performance, renewals, amendments, and compliance with agreed terms. Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. Collaborate with finance to manage procurement budgets, control costs, and identify savings opportunities. Lead risk management initiatives to address supplier and procurement-related risks. Utilize data analytics tools and online procurement platforms for reporting and process optimization. Lead or manage a procurement team, especially in IT or related industries. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in procurement and contract management.
