Retail Sales Associate Vacancy in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are a leading retail company located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate who is fluent in English. Preference will be given to Indian nationals. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of retail sales experience and excellent communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities :

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and products. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system. Keep the sales floor clean and organized, including restocking shelves and displays. Meet sales targets as set by management. Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally. Requirements :

Indian nationality preferred. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Minimum of 2 years experience in retail sales. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Own valid visa or work permit. We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month plus attractive commission opportunities.
