We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Technical Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of the Dynamics 365 configuration / new implementation and be responsible for the scope of the project, and work closely with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and technical environment to achieve an optimal solution. Responsibilities

Take end-to-end ownership of Dynamics 365 CE configuration and / or new implementation. Work with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and the technical environment. Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements; create demonstrations to provide proof of concept; plan and assist the team in drafting statements of work with estimation of effort / cost. Conduct hands-on configuration of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Field Service. Build positive client relationships by developing an understanding of the client’s business processes. Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets and complete project tasks within budget and to customer satisfaction. Perform requirements gathering and Business Process Analysis. Understand customer requirements and advise the project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation. Deliver presentations to all levels of management. Focus on user experience (UX) by understanding user needs, business goals, and the target audience for the project. Qualifications

Bilingual (English and Arabic) is a must. 3–5 years Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation / configuration experience. Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of employees. Familiarity with .NET programming; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is preferred. Experience with facilitating workshops and developing plans, estimates of effort and cost. Seniority level
