Role Summary

• The Contracts / Commercial Management function includes the oversight of the contract / commercial deliverable requirements of the General Engineering Consultants (GECs) and Contractors, agreeing associated strategies, standards, procurement solutions and monitoring compliance by both the GEC’s and Contractors of their contract requirements.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Contracts Management and Commercial Management Teams.
• Will work in association with all programme systems, covering the entire life cycle of project delivery, including project planning, design, tender, construction, maintenance, and handing over.
