Responsibilities :

• Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement
• Implement efficient and effective solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Utilize industrial engineering tools and techniques such as time studies, value stream mapping, and process flow analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement strategies
• Monitor production data and performance to identify potential areas of improvement
• Train and educate employees on new processes and procedures
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operations
