Job Title : Industrial Engineer - Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist (Ar-Ruwais, Qatar)

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As a Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes and increase efficiency in our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement plans to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Utilize data analysis and statistical tools to identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Train and mentor production staff on new processes and procedures.
• Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports on progress towards targets.
