The ELV Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of Extra Low Voltage systems through distributor channels. This role involves managing relationships with resellers, integrators, and channel partners, developing sales strategies, and ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role will be responsible to handle a team of sales account manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies for ELV products across distributor networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
- Provide training and support to partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Recommend pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring
- Track and report on channel sales performance.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights for improvement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective partner support.
- Resolve escalated issues and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV sales or channel sales management.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Strong understanding of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, etc.).#J-18808-Ljbffr
