Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage B2B sales in the ELV and IT sector. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through strategic account management, relationship building, and identifying new opportunities for our IT solutions. You will manage key enterprise clients, nurture existing relationships, and develop new partnerships, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management : Develop and manage a portfolio of Government and Large enterprise B2B accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention. Regularly engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to understand business needs and offer tailored IT solutions.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed sales targets, focusing on revenue growth, market penetration, and client expansion.
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective large-scale clients. Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at existing and potential client companies. Provide exceptional service to ensure continued business.
- Solution Selling : Understand and clearly communicate the company's IT solutions and services (e.g., software, infrastructure, managed services, security, etc.). Present value propositions and customized solutions to meet client needs.
- Negotiation and Contracts : Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company. Handle pricing strategies, contract renewals, and long-term partnerships.
- Collaboration : Work closely with technical teams, product development, marketing, and other departments to ensure that client requirements are met with high-quality solutions and support.
- Market Research : Keep up with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting : Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to upper management. Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecasts, and track sales activities.
