HOT0BUD3 Work Location Waldorf Astoria - West Bay Doha A Kitchen and Laundry Technician will support the Engineering Team to maintain all hotel operations, ensuring safety, security, conservation, and compliance at the highest levels. What will I be doing? As a Kitchen & Laundry Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing kitchen and laundry equipment across the property. Your duties include : Performing routine and preventive maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipment Responding promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns Executing scheduled maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently Supporting energy-saving initiatives and recommending system improvements Maintaining tools, equipment, and workspaces in a clean and safe condition Staying current with technical training and industry best practices What are we looking for? A Kitchen & Laundry Technician at Hilton should be dedicated to high operational standards and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess : Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration (required) Hands-on experience with kitchen and laundry equipment in a hotel or similar environment Knowledge of general maintenance and engineering practices Strong attention to detail and proactive work ethic Ability to work independently and meet deadlines What is it like to work for Hilton?
