Job Summary
You will be responsible for gathering client requirements and performing requirements analysis. You will lead business process reviews and evaluations, implement solutions, manage process change and monitor project deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects. Reporting Structure :

Gather and develop client requirements to provide data driven requirement recommendations. Evaluate and improve business processes through data analysis. Job Responsibilities
Gather business requirements from stakeholders and prepare requirements documents by translating conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies. Perform requirements analysis. Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Participate in user acceptance testing. Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately write requirements specifications. Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Facilitate process workshops, document information using process maps and business requirements documents. Document procedures and present new process designs to stakeholders for discussion. Manage process change. Lead process redesign workshops. Create process models & specifications to provide direction to the project team. Job Requirements
Educational Qualification : A bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Previous Work Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Experience of leading and supporting successful projects. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Skills and Abilities
Must have knowledge of process mapping and business process reengineering. Understand how ERP, BPM, CRM and BI tools operate. Understanding of protocols like SOAP, WSDL, XML and other key protocols is also desirable. Must be able to see the big picture, understand project objectives and apply their understanding of how processes should work to operational improvement initiatives. Excellent Modeling skills using business process modelling notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL) to document processes. Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies like SCRUM, KANBAN. Related industry certifications (CBAP , PMI-PBA, SCPO). Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Excellent documentation skills. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
