Responsibilities Prepare technical and commercial proposals and coordinate with the team for inputs, execution methodologies, etc.

Define client\'s requirements and define specific needs etc.

Good knowledge of infrastructure background projects and industrial buildings including roads / utilities / buildings

Have Strong Writing skills and strong communication skills.

Prepare RFPs for sub-contractors, review calls for proposals, coordinate with procurement and sub-contractors, etc.

Able to carry out technical and commercial evaluation, scoring, and evaluation criteria.

Well aware of Employers’ minimum qualifications including local authorities.

determining client requirements, performing research, calculating project costs, etc

has Knowledge of the market or industry to meet the needs of clients and incorporate them into proposals.

has the ability to conduct research and investigate potential opportunities.

prepare and present technical presentations to clients / Employers, and work with teams of graphic designers and data analysts to develop these visual aids.

prepare pre-qualification documents for the company, responsible for answering PQQs, queries etc.
