Techno Functional Finance - Oracle EBS

Job Responsibility

Conduct workshops with stakeholders to capture business requirements, prepare analysis reports, and provide the best IT solutions and design.

Analyze business requirements and automate the procedures.

Process re-engineering based on the automation study.

Plan and estimate duration of effort needed for new features, components, or modifications to existing applications.

Design gap analysis and build storage test scenario cases for different environments.

Design and implement business applications through tools such as JDeveloper, Oracle Form Report Builder, and new workflows in AME or Oracle Apex.

Deliver analysis studies & make recommendations regarding possible IT interventions.

Perform programming tasks according to the project plan and functional specifications.

Maintain relationships with key users (super users) and ensure proper use of the system.

Test and apply new features in development and test environments, then deploy them to production.

Lead / manage end‑user training sessions leading up to go‑live.

Daily monitoring and maintenance of ERP modules : payable, receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, cash management, supplier / supply chain.

Follow up SR if raised.

Document all tasks performed from project origination to user manual.

Requirements Special Skills :

Certificate in Oracle Development Financial Track.

Good knowledge of Oracle ERP Solutions (Financial).

Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules : payable, receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, cash management, supplier / supplier management.

Powerful trainer capable of explaining complex concepts using everyday examples.

Preferable system administration background.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Workshop facilitation skills / Presentation skills.

Good in writing reports and follow up.

Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification : BSc. Computer Science or equivalent.

Minimum work experience : At least 8 years in Applications Development.

Arabic speakers is a must.

Key Skills General Services, CMA, Customer Care, Banking Sales, Android Development, Adobe Indesign.
