Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Waitress at the Zen & Tonic Bar located within The Westin Doha Hotel & Spa in Doha, Qatar. The Waitress will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and serving orders, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Additional tasks include addressing guest inquiries and needs, coordinating with kitchen staff, and upholding the highest standards of service.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Food & Beverage and Food Service experience
• Basic Cooking knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent education
