Senior IT Manager
to lead our IT operations, digital transformation, and service delivery across the organization. The successful candidate will bring a balance of
strategic vision and hands-on expertise , ensuring that our IT infrastructure, applications, and services remain
secure, scalable, cost-efficient, and aligned with business objectives . This role requires a proactive leader who can manage large-scale IT functions, deliver enterprise-wide projects, and act as a
strategic partner to executive management . Key Responsibilities 1. IT Service Delivery & Operations Oversee enterprise-wide IT service delivery, infrastructure, and applications to ensure reliability and availability. Manage IT Service Desk operations, monitor SLAs, and provide Level 2 escalation support. Implement and enforce ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, and request management). Ensure compliance with ITIL standards, security protocols, and company policies. 2. Digital Transformation & Project Leadership Lead planning and execution of IT and digital transformation projects, aligning with company strategy. Drive adoption of cloud, AI, and automation technologies to enhance efficiency and user experience. Oversee deployment and lifecycle management of enterprise systems (SAP ERP, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint). Govern IT projects, ensuring proper risk management, budget control, and stakeholder alignment. 3. Performance Reporting & Analytics Design and maintain IT performance dashboards and reports using
Power BI . Monitor service delivery, infrastructure health, and project KPIs. Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership for data-driven decision-making. 4. Financial Management & Procurement Manage the annual IT budget, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with business goals. Oversee IT procurement, vendor management, and contract compliance. Identify cost optimization opportunities through license consolidation and technology rationalization. 5. People Leadership & Development Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering accountability, technical growth, and innovation. Define team objectives, conduct performance reviews, and promote continuous learning. Build a customer-centric IT culture that supports organizational growth and operational excellence. 6. Strategic Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with executive leadership and business units to align IT with organizational priorities. Serve as a trusted advisor on technology trends, risks, and opportunities. Ensure IT scalability and resilience to support a workforce of 5,000+ employees. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 12+ years of IT leadership, with proven success in senior management roles. Strong expertise in
ITSM tools
(ManageEngine, ServiceNow) and
enterprise systems
(Microsoft 365, Azure, SAP, SharePoint). Advanced knowledge of
Power BI
for analytics and business intelligence. Strong background in
budget management, procurement, and vendor governance . Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills.
