Oversee the daily operations of the IT department and ensure smooth functioning of all systems and networks Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company\'s goals Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network infrastructure Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to current systems Manage IT budget and negotiate contracts with vendors Requirements

Must be a Malayalee with experience in information technology management Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proven experience in managing budgets and negotiating contracts with vendors Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with team members Prior experience working in a contract job is preferred This position does not include accommodation, so candidates must have their own housing arrangements.
