Key Responsibilities
Installation Procedures
– Develop safe and efficient procedures, ensuring compliance with internal and client standards.
Risk & Safety Management
– Participate in Task Risk Assessments and ensure findings are implemented.
Technical Expertise
– Review drawings, suggest improvements, and resolve offshore technical issues.
Loadout & Transportation
– Prepare loadout, sea fastening plans, and coordinate procurement.
Cross-Department Coordination
– Work closely with Marine Ops, E&M, Diving, and Production teams.
Offshore Support
– Act as a liaison with clients and subcontractors, providing guidance during execution.
Compliance & Reporting
– Ensure adherence to company policies, prepare post-job reports, and maintain documentation.
Marine Ops Support
– Oversee on-site work quality, construction timelines, safety meetings, and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering (Marine / Mechanical / Offshore or related)
7–10 years of engineering experience (minimum 5 years in Marine Field Engineering)
Offshore experience
mandatory
(Oil & Gas preferred)
Willingness to work offshore on a rotational basis (60–90 days)
Certifications : OGUK Medical, Offshore Medical Fitness, TBOSIET / BOSIET, H2S (EPTW & E-CPW preferred)
Advantage : Candidates with a valid
Qatar Permit
