Key Responsibilities :

Handle leasing activities for both residential and commercial properties

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants

Achieve and exceed monthly leasing targets

Ensure all listings are up-to-date, accurately marketed, and professionally presented

Guide clients through the entire leasing process with transparency and professionalism

Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact to handover

Requirements

Qualifications :

Proven experience in residential and / or commercial leasing (experience in Qatar preferred)

Strong sales background with a consistent record of closing deals

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Valid driver’s license required

Real estate broker license is a plus

Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline effectively
