We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Spa Supervisor to join our Health & Wellness team. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless daily operation of the spa, uphold the highest standards of guest experience, and support our therapists and reception team in delivering exceptional, holistic wellness services. This role plays a key part in maintaining the serene, nurturing environment that reflects Zulal’s commitment to genuine care, balance, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Excellence

• Supervise daily spa operations, including treatment rooms, reception, and relaxation areas, ensuring all facilities are well-presented and maintained in accordance with Zulal standards.
• Coordinate therapist schedules and guest appointments to optimize productivity and guest satisfaction.
• Perform massage and body treatments when required by operational needs, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to Zulal protocols.
• Ensure all spa areas comply with hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery promptly and professionally.
• Support the Spa Manager in implementing spa promotions, wellness programs, and seasonal offers in alignment with the resort’s brand philosophy.
