D365 CRM Functional Consultant - Bilingual The D365 CRM Functional Consultant will leverage expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to design, configure, and deliver CRM solutions. The candidate should be bilingual and capable of working with senior-level stakeholders, with strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. This role involves planning and managing initiatives that meet Departmental, State, and other stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

Create and manage Dynamics 365 CRM online solutions, including forms, views, and visualizations.

Create managed and unmanaged solutions; configure publishers and versions; work with multiple solutions; import and export solutions.

Design the form structure; build forms; use specialized form components; use access teams and sub-grids; work with navigation; understand form types; use multiple forms; implement form customizations and mobile clients.

Create and manage view types; system, public, and personal views; customize views, charts, dashboards, and themes.

Manage Dynamics CRM entities; entity ownership; entity properties; system and custom entities.

Develop and configure fields; use calculated and rollup fields; configure global option sets; create alternate keys; configure field-level security; understand status and status reasons.

Create relationship types; understand cascading rules; work with hierarchical data; configure entity mapping; create connections and connection roles.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements and align with IT strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science.

3-to-4 years of experience with MS D365 CE capabilities, technologies, and implementation / configuration.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Field Service certification is a plus (not mandatory).
