Intelligence Operations Integrator (OCONUS)

We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir’s implementation teams to support and strengthen partnerships with Palantir's client user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, and solve unique and challenging problems. This may involve embedding with users across the world as well as coordinating with Palantir team members in our offices. You will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers\' continued success.

This position is rotational and follows a 90 / 90 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side training to analysts
• Train analysts / operators in a classroom setting
• Ability to build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions
• Staff the Help Desk : respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues
• Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product
• Proactively develop relationships with users at customer sites and make suggestions to Palantir team on use cases to pursue
