Production Coordinator

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support our production and creative teams across various stages of video production. This is a role suitable for someone with a good general understanding of the production process and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field. Responsibilities

Assist the production team in all stages of the video production cycle : Pre-production : help with preparing crew lists and call sheets, coordinating schedules, and drafting filming permit request letters. Production : support on shoot days by managing logistics, communicating with crew and client, and ensuring smooth operations on set. Post-production : assist in delivering the footage to the assigned editor, coordinating with editors, motion designers and sound designers, collecting feedback, and tracking delivery timelines.

Work closely with producers and creatives to ensure tasks are completed on time. Ensure all production materials, files, and project files are backed up and properly archived. Coordinate internally with various departments to facilitate smooth workflows. Coordinating shoot schedules with the Traffic Manager and checking team availability. Flag potential scheduling or resource conflicts proactively. Qualifications

Bilingual – fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Long-term resident of Qatar preferred. 3 years of experience in production coordination or related roles. Basic knowledge of video production workflows, processes, and terminology. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with project management tools is an advantage. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a creative team environment
