We are currently offering a position with the following responsibilities and requirements : Main Responsibilities
Conduct activities on the deck and helideck at NOC offshore facilities, including loading and off-loading, in accordance with approved procedures, guidelines, legislative requirements, and industry best practices. Support site Work Preparator with daily site management of materials on the platform, including strategic planning and direction. Identify opportunities and champion initiatives to maximize production and injection output while ensuring environmental compliance and process safety. Provide the Team Lead with regular performance reports, analysis, and comments; be accountable for your area of responsibility. Establish and maintain effective relationships with external parties, functional teams, and corporate groups to meet NOC's strategic and operational objectives. Contribute to the improvement, development, and implementation of departmental activities, processes, and procedures. Operational Responsibilities
Ensure the safe offloading and loading of materials and the safe transfer of personnel on and off supply vessels. Support material control to meet lead time requirements, overseeing transportation of materials. Record shipping and goods movements using NOC-approved documentation and IT systems, following approved procedures and guidelines. Initiate regular cleaning and clearing activities. People Management
Encourage and promote process safety awareness within your discipline. Provide guidance on company standards, procedures, and guidelines specific to your discipline. Support and guide junior staff in their daily responsibilities, fostering a learning environment. Uphold NOC values and leadership behaviors as a role model. Assist Qatari employees in achieving recognized qualifications as needed. Stakeholder Relations
Participate actively in daily communications and coordination with onshore businesses regarding key matters and knowledge sharing. Maintain effective relationships with external parties to achieve NOC's business and operational goals. Candidate Profile
Graduated with at least a Higher Secondary School Education and a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND, or equivalent). Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years offshore experience on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Good interpersonal, organizational skills, and computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office. Additional Information
