Overview
The Marketing Supervisor develops, executes, and optimizes marketing activities to grow the brand, increase engagement, and support business objectives. This role focuses on creativity and design, content development, and data-driven marketing, while working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective campaigns. Responsibilities
Develop marketing plans aligned with business goals. Support the shift toward data-driven decision-making. Identify insights, segment audiences, and optimize targeting. Lead A / B testing and performance reviews to improve results. Design digital and print assets. Manage social media content, engagement, and performance tracking. Collect and analyze data, and adjust campaigns based on insights and performance results. Optimize paid media for ROI and conversions. Collaborate with sales, operations, and management to align activities. Support branches with materials, events, and localized needs. Ensure efficient use of budgets and resources. Develop and manage corporate partnership proposals and activations. Review and translate contracts, agreements, and marketing-related documents. Handle customer feedback and coordinate communication with branches. Plan events, challenges, and community engagement initiatives, and prepare all required materials. Direct and coordinate photo / video shoots for marketing content. Support digital product launches. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics. Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills. Strong eye for design and brand consistency.
