Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Recruitment Specialist (Arabic Speaker)
to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure the hiring of qualified professionals who meet our organizations needs. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, fluency in Arabic and English, and a deep understanding of local and regional labor markets. Key Responsibilities :
Manage the
full recruitment lifecycle , from job requisition to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and define job requirements. Prepare and post
job advertisements
across various online platforms and social media channels. Source and screen candidates
through databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Conduct
interviews and assessments
to evaluate candidates suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure a
positive candidate experience
throughout the recruitment process. Prepare
offer letters
and assist in the onboarding of selected candidates. Support employer branding and local recruitment campaigns. Stay updated on labor law changes, market trends, and salary benchmarks.
