Qatari digital landscape , local audience behavior, and the nuances of marketing real estate projects within Qatar. Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns, with a strong focus on
META Ads Manager
(Facebook & Instagram). Develop tailored campaign strategies aligned with the company’s real estate offerings, targeting the
Qatar market
including locals and expat communities. Conduct A / B testing of ad creatives, placements, and targeting to improve performance. Platform Management
Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across : META (Facebook & Instagram) Youtube, Real Estate website, and others Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter / X, and LinkedIn , where applicable. Utilize
WhatsApp Business
and
Lead Generation Forms
effectively for property inquiries. Content & Creative Input
The Digital Marketer will be responsible for creating engaging content across digital platforms, including planning, shooting, and editing high-quality videos, as well as designing impactful graphics and marketing materials that align with the brand identity. The role involves managing content creation end-to-end, from concept development to execution, while ensuring consistency in messaging and visuals. Staying updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, videography, and graphic design will be essential to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. Market Research & Insights
Analyze customer behavior and digital trends within the Qatar and Dubai real estate sector. Conduct competitor benchmarking and contribute strategic insights to enhance brand positioning. Performance Analysis
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using platforms like
Google Analytics ,
META Insights , and
CRM tools . Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS. Liaise with sales teams to ensure high-quality lead generation and conversion. Work closely with listing platforms (e.g.,
Property Finder Qatar ) to enhance lead flow. Requirements : Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. Minimum
3–5 years of hands-on experience
in digital marketing, ideally within the
Qatar / Dubai real estate sector
or GCC region. Proven success managing META campaigns with measurable ROI. Expert-level knowledge of
META Ads Manager , Google Ads, and performance marketing tools. Strong grasp of lead generation, landing page optimization, and retargeting strategies. Familiarity with
Qatari digital advertising laws and data privacy regulations . Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications :
Google Ads and META Blueprint certifications. Familiarity with CRM Experience with programmatic advertising or real estate-specific platforms is a plus. Why Join Us?
