Commission basis sales & leasing agent

This position is on commission basis. We offer a high commission incentive.

Responsible for full sales & leasing process including Viewing, Follow up, Contract delivery and Cheques collection.

Provide all necessary information on all aspects of properties to clients.

Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.

Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.

Maintain and update listings of available properties.

Follow on all leads received to reach their final conclusion.

Should be aware of all existing and upcoming properties status, facilities, amenities, locations, prices, etc.

Qualifications

Real estate experience in Qatar.

Speaks English Fluently.

Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
