Ensure systematic identification, assessment, and Control of major accident hazards to people, environment, and assets, safeguarding the integrity of plant operations and leading the development of process safety culture throughout the organization.

Accountabilities : Process Safety Strategy and Management System. Major Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment. Control Measures & Safety Critical Elements. Management of Change and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews. Culture & Competency Development. Define Develop & Implementation of Policies and Procedures. Safety, Quality, Risk, and Environment. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. Master's degree in Process Safety or related field preferred. Professional certification in process safety preferred. 10 years of experience in process safety, with at least 5 years in a leadership role and Experience with process hazard analysis techniques (e.g., HAZOP, LOPA, QRA). 2 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry is an advantage. Job Specific Skills : In-depth knowledge of process safety management systems and relevant regulations. Strong understanding of gas processing and refinery operations. Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., PHA-Pro, PHAST, UNISIM). Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change across an organization.
