What You’ll Do : As part of AcuTech’s Qatar team, you will work directly with clients on projects spanning all aspects of process safety and risk management. Successful candidates will proactively apply engineering and problem-solving skills to meet challenging safety and business objectives while seeking out leadership and growth opportunities. Candidates must have high technical acumen, be self-motivated, independent, organized, able to work effectively under direction of senior engineers, and handle multiple work assignments and projects. Qualifications

What’s Required : Senior Consultants : 10-15+ years’ experience required; ability to develop and lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, develop business and utilize strong project and people management skills. Consultants : 5-10+ years’ experience; self-motivated, independent, organized, able work effectively under direction of senior engineers, handle multiple work assignments and projects and seek professional growth and development. All Roles : BE / BTech / BS / ME / MTech / MS in related engineering field (chemical, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, safety) Relevant experience in process safety management, process or engineering design environment, manufacturing operations, and / or consulting environment. Ability to develop consulting business, including developing proposals and making presentations Self-motivated, independent, strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, client service and commitment to client satisfaction. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills and a consultative approach in supporting customer projects. What’s Preferred Experience in developing, implementing, or managing PSM programs Experience in developing, writing, and implementing PSM plans, procedures, design philosophies, design bases, engineering specifications, standard operating procedures Experience developing and evaluating / auditing PSM management systems and advising management at all levels of the organization to effect positive change to operational excellence. Experience and expertise in PSM Technical Services such as : Process hazard analyses (PHA), and risk assessments, or related studies, such as Design Review, HAZID, What-If, HAZOP, FMEA, ENVID, SIMOPS, Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA), Bowtie Analysis, ALARP Demonstration Safety Instrumented Systems services such as : Safety integrity level (SIL) assessment, safety integrity level (SIL) assessment based on recognized knowledge of IEC61511 and related standards Experience with Quantitative Risk Assessment Studies such as : QRA, and Occupied Building Risk Assessment Toxic Gas Risk Assessment Fire and Explosion Risk Assessment EERA, ESSA 3-D F&G Mapping Safety Critical Equipment Identification and Performance Standards Development Proficiency in Qatar Energy MAHM Framework, Saudi ARAMCO Standards is an advantage Experience in the Middle East is an advantage Ideal candidates will be “Seller Doers” with existing client connections and an ability to generate new business.
