الوصف الوظيفيProvide personalized shopping consultations to international travelers Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across luxury categories (perfumes, cosmetics, electronics, liquor) Achieve and exceed individual / team sales targets Process payments and handle currency exchanges Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards Manage inventory and stock replenishment Operate POS systems and handle cash reconciliations Ensure compliance with airport security regulations Conduct product demonstrations and promotions Build relationships with premium brand representatives Stay updated on market trends and new arrivals Minimum 2 years luxury retail experience Fluent English (Arabic / French / Russian / Mandarin a plus) Proven track record in achieving sales targets Flexibility for shift work (24 / 7 operation) Airport retail experience Certification in product categories (wine / spirits, cosmetics) Experience with tax-free shopping systems Base Salary : QAR 4,500–6,000 / month Commission : Uncapped earning potential Bonus : Monthly performance incentives Free shared accommodation or housing allowance Transportation to / from airport Comprehensive medical insurance 30 days annual leave + public holidays Annual round-trip air ticket Staff discounts (up to 40%) Product knowledge training from luxury brands Leadership development programs Cross-department mobility opportunities Updated CV with photo Copies of relevant certifications Passport copy Online : Qatar Duty Free Careers Email : (Subject : “Duty Free Sales – HIA”) Initial screening → Assessment center → Final interview Represent world’s leading brands in a 5-star airport environment Interact with diverse international clientele Competitive tax-free income with luxury perks Be part of Qatar’s growing aviation hub
