About the Role

Qatar Duty Free, ranked among the world’s top airport retailers, is seeking charismatic Sales Associates to deliver luxury shopping experiences at our award-winning Hamad International Airport stores. This role offers the chance to work with premium global brands in a dynamic airport environment.

Detailed Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence

  • Provide personalized shopping consultations to international travelers
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across luxury categories (perfumes, cosmetics, electronics, liquor)
  • Achieve and exceed individual / team sales targets
  • Process payments and handle currency exchanges

    • Store Operations

  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards
  • Manage inventory and stock replenishment
  • Operate POS systems and handle cash reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with airport security regulations

    • Brand Representation

  • Conduct product demonstrations and promotions
  • Build relationships with premium brand representatives
  • Stay updated on market trends and new arrivals

    • Qualifications & Requirements

    Essential

  • Minimum 2 years luxury retail experience
  • Fluent English (Arabic / French / Russian / Mandarin a plus)
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Flexibility for shift work (24 / 7 operation)

    • Preferred

  • Airport retail experience
  • Certification in product categories (wine / spirits, cosmetics)
  • Experience with tax-free shopping systems

  • Base Salary : QAR 4,500–6,000 / month
  • Commission : Uncapped earning potential
