Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or Coastal Engineering
• Master's preferred
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in marine infrastructure
• At least 5 years on PMCM / PMC or client-representative teams
• GCC project experience on marinas, quay walls, revetments, dredging, jetties, or breakwater
• Involvement in projects where marine assets integrate with urban or tourism-based development
