A high-end hotel in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating delicious and visually stunning desserts, experience in managing a pastry team, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities
Create new dessert menu items and ensure high-quality presentation and taste. Maintain pastryInventory and place orders for supplies as needed. Ensure quality control and sanitation standards are met in the pastry department. Lead, mentor, and train junior pastry chefs; manage a pastry team effectively. Collaborate with the culinary team and other kitchen staff; maintain clear communication. Prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently in a busy kitchen. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar pastry role. Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong palate for desserts. Ability to work under pressure and meet high standards for quality and consistency. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent communication skills in English.
