Responsibilities

• Prepare reports to Managers as required (daily, weekly and monthly) including accommodation and Stock Inventory (Mess Food Stuff) status reports.
• Secure the camp and rooms for company employees only.
• Check rooms daily, record absences or sickness, and inform the main Office via Daily Report.
• Coordinate with the HR Department for new arrivals and departures.
• Supervise staff / workers in the canteen, housekeeping (cleaning of toilets, corridors, surrounding areas, etc.) and camp support staff.
• Maintain camp rules and regulations in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring strict and consistent compliance by all occupants.
• Handle proper management of camp furniture, fixtures, equipment and appliances.
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance of camp facilities on a daily basis.
• Ensure the camp has an adequate supply of water and electricity.
• Arrange schedules for medical check‑ups for sick camp occupants and provide first aid in emergencies or accidents.
• Manage and control the use of camp recreational facilities.
• Coordinate pest‑control schedules in the camp.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing business and camp residents’ mail.
• Work with the transport coordinator to address transport requirements or problems in the camp.
