Responsibilities
Prepare reports to Managers as required (daily, weekly and monthly) including accommodation and Stock Inventory (Mess Food Stuff) status reports.
Secure the camp and rooms for company employees only.
Check rooms daily, record absences or sickness, and inform the main Office via Daily Report.
Coordinate with the HR Department for new arrivals and departures.
Supervise staff / workers in the canteen, housekeeping (cleaning of toilets, corridors, surrounding areas, etc.) and camp support staff.
Maintain camp rules and regulations in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring strict and consistent compliance by all occupants.
Handle proper management of camp furniture, fixtures, equipment and appliances.
Oversee cleaning and maintenance of camp facilities on a daily basis.
Ensure the camp has an adequate supply of water and electricity.
Arrange schedules for medical check‑ups for sick camp occupants and provide first aid in emergencies or accidents.
Manage and control the use of camp recreational facilities.
Coordinate pest‑control schedules in the camp.
Manage all incoming and outgoing business and camp residents’ mail.
Work with the transport coordinator to address transport requirements or problems in the camp.
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Business Management or any relevant discipline.
Minimum 5–10 years of relevant work experience in Camp Management.
