Generating sales leads daily and expanding client networks. Scheduling and attending client meetings, including virtual or outsourced engagements. Preparing presentations and discussions for clients. Initiating contact, providing quotations, negotiating, and closing sales. Managing contract renewals and following up on client inquiries. Consulting with clients regarding certification schemes, testing, training, and inspection requirements. Working closely with Operations teams to understand customer needs and provide sales and post-sales support. Gathering and analyzing client feedback to enhance sales and marketing strategies. Identifying areas for improvement and presenting solutions to upper management. Setting and achieving monthly sales targets and quotas. Monitoring market trends, industry regulations, and reporting findings to management. Performing additional duties as assigned by Top Management.
