10 hours / day, 6 days / week, approximately 26 days / month Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Document Controller to manage technical documentation and information activities for a large-scale energy project. The role ensures that all project documents are accurately logged, distributed, and maintained in line with project requirements, contributing to efficient operations and compliance with established standards. Responsibilities

Log and check incoming documents from contractors and other stakeholders for completeness and accuracy. Record deadlines, distribute documents according to project requirements, and maintain document registers. Generate outgoing transmittals and assist in maintaining transmittal logs. Receive, log, and distribute correspondence and other project documentation as required. Verify the relevance, status, and accuracy of documents before uploading to the project management system or archive. Provide daily support to project teams in managing technical documentation and correspondence. Monitor document review progress and follow up on overdue items. Conduct quality checks on contractor documentation and implement corrective actions as needed. Qualifications and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in document control is an advantage. Minimum 5 years' experience in document control in technical projects, with experience managing both hard copy and electronic documentation systems. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent written and spoken English. Proficient in computer applications relevant to document management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
