Overview
Sales Executive - (Manpower). Responsible for creating business for Workforce Obligations; duties include establishing monthly targets, developing strategies, handling inbound and outbound calls, preparing proposals, negotiating, closing deals, and building client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Establishing individual monthly targets and developing strategies to achieve them.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, including some late hours as required.
- Make sales calls, send company profiles, proposals, follow up, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Identify customer needs, collect details, and route to the appropriate person for action.
- Upsell other services when opportunities arise; build sustainable relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, and social media.
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients and listen to their dreams and problems.
- Acquire new customers and manage existing relationships.
- Negotiate / close offers and handle grievances or objections.
- Assist Sales Manager and Operations team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years GCC experience.Experience working with Manpower.Experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering, Production, Facilities Management, etc. (preferably).Experience with Qatar customers; potential customer pipeline is a plus.Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.Valid Qatar driving license (preferred).Language : English, Hindi, Urdu; Arabic speaking is a benefit.Application question : Willing to work in Al Khor.Experience : 5 years in Sales (Manpower) required.License / Certification : Qatar Driving Certificate preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
