Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Expert

specializing in

Procurement and Supply Chain modules

to join our team in

Doha, Qatar .

The successful candidate will design, develop, and support

RICE components

(Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) within Oracle EBS R12 or higher, focusing on

Procurement (PO, iProcurement, iSupplier)

and

Supply Chain (INV, OM, WMS, BOM)

modules.

This is an

onsite technical role

ideal for professionals who thrive in complex integration and customization environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

RICEW components

across Oracle Procurement and Supply Chain modules.

Customize and enhance

Oracle EBS applications

to meet business needs for

Procurement (PO, iProcurement, iSupplier)

and

Supply Chain (Inventory, Order Management, WMS, BOM) .

Develop

custom reports

using BI Publisher, XML Publisher, and Oracle Reports.

Build and manage

interfaces, conversions, and extensions

to support business operations.

Work closely with functional and business teams to analyze requirements and provide robust technical solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve

technical issues , ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

Integrate Oracle EBS with

third-party systems

using

APIs, EDI, SOA, or other integration tools .

Support upgrades, patches, and technical documentation for all custom developments.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years

of hands‑on technical experience with

Oracle EBS R12 (or higher) .

Strong expertise in

Procurement (PO, iProcurement, iSupplier)

and

Supply Chain (INV, OM, WMS, BOM)

modules.

Proficiency in : Oracle PL / SQL ,

Forms / Reports ,

OAF ,

XML / BI Publisher ,

Workflow Builder

Oracle SOA

and

EDI

integration tools

Solid understanding of

RICEW development

and Oracle development standards.

Strong analytical, debugging, and performance‑tuning skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or similar technical certification.

Experience integrating Oracle EBS with

third‑party logistics, procurement, or supplier systems .

Familiarity with

Oracle Cloud Procurement or SCM

is a plus.

Prior experience in

Qatar

or the

GCC region

preferred.
