B2B Business Development (Sales) – Training Industry
Edoxi Training Center Kuwait is hiring a dynamic and experienced B2B Business Development Executive to drive our corporate training business in Kuwait. We are inviting applications from candidates currently in Egypt who are ready to travel / relocate to Kuwait. This is not a remote role. What You’ll Do
Identify and engage corporate clients across Kuwait to promote Edoxi’s professional training programs Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, L&D heads, and key decision-makers Represent Edoxi at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence and generate high-quality leads Prepare customized proposals and close corporate training deals Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Work closely with internal teams to support brand positioning and contribute to business growth in Kuwait Minimum Requirements
Minimum
3 years of proven B2B sales experience
in the training or EdTech industry Currently based in Egypt
and
willing to travel / relocate to Kuwait
(mandatory) Strong networking, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Demonstrated experience in event-based business development and corporate relationship management Existing corporate network in Kuwait is a plus Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently Why Join Us?
