Responsibilities
To ensure efficient operation and maintenance of HVAC systems by coordinating with FM and residential and retail asset management teams, addressing service complaints, and conducting inspections across UDC assets, retail outlets, and residential properties, while upholding safety, compliance, and service quality standards.
Carry out daily inspection and walkthrough of UDC assets and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
Coordinate with Helpdesk and the asset property coordinator and handle sensitive issues, escalated complaints, etc.
Lead the FM service provider team in resolving sensitive complaints and issues, particularly cooling-related issues.
Supervise subcontractors appointed by the asset management team for any project or major works.
Initiate solutions for issues related to finding work.
Inspect all equipment and machinery related to the building common areas and coordinate with FMSP if any abnormalities are found.
Track maintenance of all HVAC-related building common areas owned by retail and residential asset management.
MEP inspection, including chilled water district cooling issues, for retail shops, residential properties, and townhouses / villas.
Experience working in mixed-use developments or large-scale property portfolios.
Familiarity with CAFM systems and digital maintenance reporting tools.
Qualifications
Diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance / HVAC.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Operational knowledge and experience of HVAC-related systems, with knowledge of codes and regulations.
Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Good interpersonal skills.
