Vulcanizing Technician

Minimum two-year Technical Trade certificate with 10+ years’ relevant experience (able to support and execute belt vulcanizing activities). Skills for supervising the team and technical report writing are required. Able to carry out other PM and required activities if no vulcanizing job is planned. Shall be selected by Company after performing successful vulcanizing joint. Job Description :

Candidate should have enough experience with Vulcanizing Press and Air Operated Winches. Vulcanizing Technician will handle specialized vulcanizing tasks when required, in addition to regular technical work within the team. The candidate shall cover all skills required to complete various maintenance & repair activities specified in this document. The allocated crew / team shall be able to perform all tasks and complete the works as needed and as required by the Company scope of work. Candidate must have adequate knowledge, training, skills, and experience to safely perform the scope of work as per the Company requirement, by following all safety procedures. The candidate shall have good English language skills, both written and spoken. The candidate shall be well conversant with the safety issues, nature of the job, and risks involved in the jobs and their mitigations. All candidates must have the relevant specialized conveyor belt experience (as indicated in Job specific Scope of Work). Technicians must have the relevant experience to execute the vulcanizing activity.
