Overview

Location : Doha, Qatar Job Title : Night Auditor We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions during the night shift and providing exceptional customer service to guests. Responsibilities

Conduct all nightly audit-related duties including reviewing and compiling financial reports, reconciling credit card transactions, and balancing accounts Address any guest inquiries or complaints in a professional and efficient manner Prepare and distribute daily reports to management Monitor and maintain the security of the hotel during the night shift Assist with the check-in / check-out process for guests as needed Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the night Provide excellent customer service at all times, handling any issues or concerns promptly and effectively Keep accurate records of all financial transactions during the night shift Requirements

Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
